Get Healthy

Wouldn’t it be great if you could get healthy enough that you wanted to kiss the floor?  The three keys to health are sleep, exercise and diet. Of course things like meditation and a healthy optimistic outlook don’t hurt.  And sleep needs to be a good restful 7 hours.  Exercise should be daily.  They say 10,000 steps every week is better than hitting the gym 3 times.  And then you have diet.  3 meals including the most important breakfast.  But there is some research that shows having 4 smaller meals every day might be better.  And of course diet includes getting enough vegetables and fruits everyday.  If all of this sounds like a tall order.  Lots of people have gone to juice cleanse or even the juice fast.
